Oak Powder

Toasted oak powder used to impart oak flavors to beer.

Provides structure to finished beer when added in light doses during fermentation. Ideally suited to be added at or prior to start of fermentation.

  • Available in French and American Oak. Offered in two toast levels: Heinrich House Toast and Untoasted.
  • Heavier doses during fermentation provide toastiness.
  • Powder can be added to the kettle during boiling or to the fermenter.
  • Powder should be removed by centrifugation or filtration.
  • No infusion bag included.
