The After-Sales Service Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance & Services, Engineering, Mobile Filtration, and Parts Departments, as well as customer service needs related to Capital Equipment sold and or serviced by ATPGroup. Focuses on strategic planning and goal setting and directs the operations of the respective departments in support of ATPGroup’s overall growth of after-sales services.
The Sales Representative for the Napa Valley/Sierra Foothill (NVSF) position requires a results-driven sales professional to actively sell our complete range of enological, laboratory, and filtration products. The NVSF rep will also collect leads for equipment and pass them to the ATPGroup Equipment Team. The NVSF rep is required to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. The area to be covered includes Napa Valley and Sierra Foothills.
The Technical Support Representative is the technical face of the ATPGroup Enology Division in North America. The Technical Support Representative presents the depth of knowledge and research of the ATPGroup enology products including filtration and equipment; with the final goal to support our sales team and customers.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the preparation of sales orders, as well as liaising with the Customer Service department and all relevant locations and regularly interacting with field sales employees and third-party suppliers.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer service department and within the ATPGroup sales team.
