NATURASE® DP ULTRA is a concentrated pectinase enzyme produced from a selected strain of Aspergillus niger. It contains multiple pectinolytic activities, including pectin lyase, polygalacturonase, pectin esterase, and arabanase, designed to break down soluble and insoluble pectin for apple and pear juice clarification and depectinization.
