Product Specs

NATURASE® BE Ultra is a concentrated pectinase enzyme produced from a selected strain of Aspergillus niger. Developed specifically for acidic berry processing, it rapidly hydrolyzes soluble pectin to improve pulp pressability and juice processing efficiency and promotes fast viscosity reduction and enhanced anthocyanin extraction for improved color intensity.

  • Ideal for black currant, raspberry, and cranberry juice production
  • Contains no ß-glucosidase side activity, helping preserve long-term color stability
  • Can improve process efficiency by enhancing viscosity reduction and filtration performance

Application: Recommended for acidic berries, particularly during berry maceration and juice depectinization.
