Product Specs

NATURASE™ MAX Ultra is a concentrated pectinase enzyme produced from a selected strain of Aspergillus niger.  Specifically developed as a macerating enzyme for apple and pear processing, it rapidly hydrolyzes soluble pectin to improve pulp pressability and maximize juice extraction efficiency.

  • Compatible with all press types, including horizontal, belt, and combination presses
  • Supports higher production capacity throughout the season
  • Effective at ambient processing temperatures

Application: Add during the fruit crushing stage of apple and pear juice processing
