Product Specs

NATURASE® A Concentrate is a liquid glucoamylase and acid amylase enzyme preparation produced from a selected strain of Aspergillus niger. It is specifically designed for fruit juice processing applications where starch reduction is required, particularly in apple and pear juice production. The enzyme hydrolyzes starch into glucose, helping improve juice stability, clarification, and downstream processing efficiency.

  • Developed for performance across a broad temperature and low pH range.
  • Works effectively during depectinization after pasteurization.
  • Can be easily dosed into juice streams after dilution with potable water.

Application: Recommended for use during depectinization after pasteurization in apple and pear juice production.
