Product Specs

Highly concentrated liquid pectolytic enzyme blend produced from a select strain of Aspergillus niger and developed specifically for clarification by flotation at low temperatures. Fully active at temperatures as low as 50°F, it delivers rapid, efficient clarification by flotation or cold settling without sacrificing aroma or color.

    • Naturally low levels of cinnamyl esterase and anthocyanase activity, minimizing unwanted side reactions and preserving color and aroma.
    • Activity: Not less than 1,500 PLU/g & 3,000 PGU/g.
    • Ideal for white and rosé wines

Application: Must clarification and flotation.
