Tannica Eleva is a high-quality, pure, predominantly ellagic tannin extracted from the seasoned, toasted wood of several species of oak through an additive-free hot water process. It increases aroma complexity and adds structure to wine. It also elevates the softness and sweetness inherent in the wine, adding notes of cream and custard.
Application: Intended for use as a pre-bottling finishing tannin, Tannica Eleva can be added to red or white wines, both wood- and stainless-steel-aged, at any stage of the refining process.
