Fermentation aid made from potassium caseinate that stabilizes wines from all standpoints: catechins, proteins and polyphenols.

  • Adsorbs oxidizable polyphenols and stabilizes proteins in must.
  • Electrostatically charged cellulose fibers improve the action of bentonite and adsorb fatty acids produced by the yeast during stressful fermentations.

Application: Add to tanks once fermentation has started.
