Ranging from 6 to 90 valves, Alfatek low-pressure monobloc fillers are ideal for still or lightly carbonated wine, spirits, or other beverages. They are characterized by the constant pressure of inert gas on the liquid, protecting it from oxidation and contamination. This also helps avoid any loss of aromas or flavors.

Alfatek’s Antiox Deox System® is a patented process technology with low-pressure inert gas, designed for bottling high-quality products. It prevents the introduction of oxygen and preserves dissolved aromas and gases by acting inside the filling tank. Through a multi-head rotary turret positioned before the filler, it pre-evacuates the air from the bottle (up to 95% of the volume) and simultaneously injects low-pressure inert gas. The system also incorporates a device for inert gas injection immediately before capping.
