Blend of inactivated yeast and yeast hulls rich in polysaccharides that improves intensity, color stability, and roundness of red wines, with long-term benefits.

  • Polysaccharides help the stabilization of the tannin-anthocyanin complexes and reduce the level of free anthocyanins.
  • Softens astringent tannins due to the coating action of the polysaccharides on the green tannins.
  • Supplies support, organic nitrogen and survival factors which are used by the yeast during fermentation.
  • Kosher (please verify Kosher status with your ATPGroup sales representative before purchasing, as certifications and certifying bodies are subject to change).

Application:  Add before inoculation of red wines.
