Natural wine treatments made with tannins from grape seed extracts that protect wine from oxidation by stabilizing the aromatic and color compounds of the must. Epyca becomes part of the polyphenols of the wine and therefore stabilizes from within rather than coating the wine like SO2. Three kits are available depending on wine and winemaking style: the Epyca Red Kit, the Epyca White Kit, and the Epyca White ML-Stop Kit.
