All-purpose gallotannin developed for use throughout the brewing process for the reduction of heavy metals and reduction/coagulation of haze-sensitive proteins to improve physical and organoleptic stability. Its fast-dissolving granular format makes it free flowing and easier to handle than powders. Can be used as a kettle fining agent and added directly to kettle without the need to pre-slurry.
