The Pentair Haffmans ISD 2.0 Inpack Sampling Device is a lab device used to safely and reliably take samples from a variety of beer package sizes and types (glass, PET bottles, and cans). Its mechanically sequenced operation prevents the piercing of the bottle if the device safety door is left open, as well as the accidental removal of the package while the piercing head is still inside. The piercing head is also mechanical, with no compressed air used, providing greater control over where it is placed and how it pierces. The mechanical nature of this device diminishes the possibility of user error and the subsequent potential to damage the device.
