Since our humble beginning in 1991 selling tartaric acid, specialty ingredients have remained a primary focus, and today we offer a full portfolio. From Activated Carbon to remove unwanted flavors and aromas to Potassium Metabisulfite to prevent oxidation; and from Citric Acid for acidification to Potassium Carbonate for deacidification, our ingredients are found in most of America’s top breweries and integrated beverage manufacturing companies. All of our specialty ingredients can also be used in the production of cider, hard seltzer, and spirits.
