Sodium Metabisulfite is used to prevent oxidation and/or spoilage in Flavored Malt Beverages and comes in either powder or liquid form. Inhibits harmful bacteria in water through release of sulfur dioxide.
- Also used as an antiseptic to sanitize tanks, lines, and pipes.
