Distilling yeast for VHG (very high gravity) fermentation. Produces neutral alcohol profiles and is a very fast fermenter.
- High tolerance to ethanol, able to reach up to 18% v/v depending on process and substrate.
- Recommended for high original gravity (>20°P) as well as when a fast fermentation is a top priority.
- Very good resistance to high fermentation temperatures (thermotolerant). Optimal temperature: between 79-86°F (26-30°C). Not recommended above 95°F (35°C).
- Recommended dosage in combination with Springferm™: 50 g/hL
