100% natural gallotannin designed to add permanent haze in beer. Offers a consistent level of polymerization so that when it interacts with yeast and haze-inducing proteins a permanent haze is formed. This is the standard for producing hazy beers.
Dosage Rate: 50 ppm (~6gm/USBBL) added to finished beer. Dose must be optimized to product protein level (higher protein = lower dose).
