Buffered alkaline CIP and general-purpose cleaner that is an effective alternative for caustic soda. Specially formulated to remove organic deposits commonly encountered in breweries. Safe to use on a wide variety of surfaces including but not limited to: stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, zinc, plastic, and painted surfaces.
