Ascorbic Acid based blend particularly effective in preventing oxidation particularly in machine picked grapes or where the grapes are shipped long distances to the winery.
- To be added to grapes during harvesting.
- Acts aggressively in preventing oxidation of the juice in the harvesting bins from mechanically harvest grapes.
- Ideally suited for all white grape varieties, especially where any rot or botrytis is present.
Application: Sprinkle the dose over grapes as soon as they are harvested.
