Adipic acid, also known as hexanedioic acid, is produced from a mixture of cyclohexanol and cyclohexanone with air or nitric acid. Adipic acid is used as a precursor for the production of nylon and polyurethane foams. Also used in the chemical industry to produce other polymers, coatings, plasticizers and detergents.

A highly porous igneous rock, usually containing 67 – 75% SiO₂ and 10 – 20% AI203, glassy texture. Used as concrete aggregate, heat and insulation, filtration, finishing glass and plastics, road absorbents, support for catalysts, adherent for uncured rubber products and possible substitute for asbestos.
Packaging: 50 lb. bag
Also known as Potassium Sodium Tartrate, Rochelle Salt is an odorless, colorless to white crystals. Rochelle salt is a crystalline solid that has a large piezoelectric effect (electric charge induced on its surfaces) making it useful in sensitive acoustical and vibrational devices such as ultrasound generators, crystal microphones, phonograph pickup cartridges and in electromechanical resonators.
