Also known as Potassium Bitartrate or Potassium Acid Tartrate; Cream of Tartar is a white crystal or powder and a byproduct of the winemaking process as it forms inside wine barrels during fermentation. It comes from tartaric acid, a naturally occurring substance in grapes and some other tart fruits. Cream of Tartar has many culinary applications such as stabilizing egg whites and increasing their heat tolerance and volume, stabilizing whip cream thereby maintaining its texture and volume, preventing sugar syrups from crystallizing and reducing discoloration of boiled vegetables. Additionally it is used as the acid ingredient along with sodium bicarbonate (aka baking soda) to formulate baking powder.
Packaging: 25 kg bag
Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) is used to stimulate yeast growth especially as used as an addition to yeast starters and wines lacking in natural nutrients such as white wines or as a yeast nutrient for mead brewing. Some winemakers add DAP to every fermentation.

Also known as potash or pearl ash. Potassium carbonate is a white salt, soluble in water which forms a strongly alkaline solution. In cuisine, potassium carbonate is used as an ingredient in some Asian dishes, used in the production of cocoa powder to balance the pH of natural cocoa beans and help enhance the aroma, known as “Dutching” or Dutch processed cocoa. In the production of wine or Juice it is used for de-acidification. In addition using potassium carbonate has the least detrimental effect on the sensory characteristics of the wine. Potassium Carbonate is also used for the softening of hard water.

Potassium tartrate is the potassium salt of tartaric acid and is produced by the reaction of tartaric acid with potassium sodium tartrate (Rochelle Salt) and potassium sulfate. Potassium tartrate is a colorless crystal or white crystalline powder soluble in water. This tartrate is used in food, medicine, chemical industry and light industry etc.
Propylene glycol supports many uses such as connecting and stabilizing insoluble fluids (emulsifier), attracts, holds water and moisture, helps to bind and transport other substances (excipient), reduces the freezing point/increases the boiling point and offers outstanding stability with high flash and point points. Propylene Glycol is used as a non-active enabling agent (excipient) and acts as a carrier for flavors and color in food and beverage manufacturing processes and as a thickener, clarifier and stabilizer for such products such as beer, salad dressings of baking mixtures.
